3BP has been engaged to provide Owner’s Representative Services to support the delivery of an enhanced retail, food and beverage offering for the Vancouver Airport Authority. This role involves facilitation between commercial, operations, engineering and other stakeholders as it relates to over 30 commercial tenant fit-ups throughout Vancouver International Airport.

The role includes the following areas of responsibility:
Development of project charters and budget requests
Stakeholder engagement
Development of RFPs for design consultants
Support during design development
Coordination of applications for building and other required permits
Development of tenders, recommendation for award and support for contract execution
Reviewing and comment on contractor schedules, quality control and phasing
Monitoring contractors’ performance against construction schedules
Monitoring and reporting on the budget and schedule
Monitoring and overseeing work related to progress and progress payments
Coordination of operational readiness and commissioning
Ensuring timely completion of deficiencies and other closeout requirements
