CITY OF KELOWNA

The 3BP team has a long-standing history of providing support services to the City of Kelowna and the Kelowna International Airport (YLW). Our team is currently leading the coordination of activities for the East Lands Development Strategy. The lands that parallel the East side of the Kelowna International Airport runway currently accommodate the Airport Control Tower and represent a prime development opportunity for the Airport, the City and the Greater Regional District. The alignment of airport requirements and the economic development potential of the East Lands are complimentary as the potential airside access of the lands is the prime differentiator in its valuation from other industrial lands. The future development is advancing in a comprehensive manner that provides efficiency in building common infrastructure such as utilities and the construction of the specific airside elements in a cohesive manner.
