CUBAN AIRPORT CONCESSION PROGRAM
3PB was selected as the Government’s Technical Advisor to support the first Airport Concession Agreement in Cuba.This marks the fist time a 100% foreign owned construction company will execute a project like this.
In 2017 a 3BP team mobilized to provide expertise in airport planning, design, construction, and operations for Havana’s International Airport and the San Antonio de los Banos airport. 3BP supported the negotiation of the Capital Investment Program, the Operations Management Program, the Airport Commercial Business Plan, the Financial Model, and the overall Concession Contract. 3BP is proud to support this ground breaking project in Cuba. The concession includes approximately 500 million in Euro in infrastructure investment.
